∙ Direct Technical support to customers
∙ Technical Administration of various systems - gateway, e-wallet, CRM, etc.
∙ Highly beneficial is one year experience in web programming
∙ Familiar with HTTP, FTP, SSL
∙ Familiar with the client/server model
∙ Familiar with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
∙ Good written and verbal English
∙ Team player, dedicated to his work
Considered as advantage:
∙ Previous experience doing tech support for high-availability systems (1st or 2nd level)
∙ Experience with Shopping Carts or other E-commerce software
